Pilot III-K

High-performance spray gun for spraying solvent-based adhesives.  The nozzle and needle can be supplied in stainless steel for spraying water-borne materials.

Available for gravity feed cups or for connection to material supply systems.  The same gun body is used for connection to different supply systems.  The gun body is TEFLON®-coated for easy cleaning.

Pilot III-2K

High-performance spray gun for spraying two-component dispersion adhesives.  All parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel.

This spray gun does not require the use of two-component mixing and dosing equipment.  The A-component and the B-component are supplied separately.  Mixing takes place in the spray jet.

The gun body is TEFLON®-coated for easy cleaning.

Pilot 93-ND-K

This gun offers enhanced pollution control.  It is especially suitable for spraying water-soluble materials since it has a complete inner unit made of stainless steel.  The large-volume material duct ensures that only very short cleaning times are required.  As an HVLP model with a high transfer efficiency, the Pilot 93-ND-K helps to reduce overspray by up to 50%.  This minimizes material waste.  TEFLON®-coated gun body prevenst material accumulation.

Pilot 93-ND

This is Pilot's top-of-the-line HVLP model.  It offers not only considerable material savings (up to 50%) but also the finest results, equal to those normally achieved only with conventional atomization.  The 93-ND is designed for comfort.  From the ergonimically designed handle upwards, you will find a spray gun that has been perfected in every detail.  For example, you can easily operate the regulator buttons with your thumb while your are working.
