Custom Systems for Roll Coating and Lamination

Kirkco Corporation can provide special and custom equipment for the application of adhesives in roll coating and lamination applications.  Specific plant design and construction are available based on your application, material and adhesive needs.

We offer complete roll coating and laminating systems for processing pressure sensitive and reactive hot melt adhesives, solvent based and solvent free, single and multiple component liquid adhesives and silicones.

Turn key system design to include automatic winding and splicing units, as well as, full automatic adhesive processing stations for continuous production.

We will help you save on adhesive and production costs by:

  • Maintaining precise coating weights with our contact coaters or non-contact Laminated Plate Technology or swirl spray applicators.
  • Using high performance, precision adhesive supply units with positive displacement piston or gear metering pumps to supply the proper amount of adhesive as needed.
  • Melting or mixing on demand to prevent adhesive waste.
  • Continuous adhesive monitoring with electronic metering units to prevent lost product and production time in the event of a problem.
