(PUR), Reactive Hot Melt Polyurethane Adhesives Systems.

Polyurethane adhesives produce an extremely strong bond. They may be used for structural purposes or for laminates, carpet bonding, etc. They contain no solvents making them environmentally friendly. However, PUR adhesives react to moisture and typically must be melted at temperatures below 300°F (171°C) To put them to use, all moisture must be removed from the adhesive supply unit’s supply source.

CAUTION: Temperature limits vary depending on adhesive manufacturer. Consult the adhesive supplier and review the material technical and safety data sheets.
