| Description: | Used with low volume runs and small shots\ the SILCO-MIX P1 was specifically developed for processing high viscosity two component adhesives and sealants with a mix ratio of 1:1. The material is supplied in 1 liter cartridges. Up to 0.7 ml per shot can be applied in a shot time of about 2 seconds. The control and supervision of the metering system is performed by an MR20 computer which has an interface to the control of the injection molding machine. Optionally\ electronic volume counters can be added to control and supervise the material flow.
