| Description: | The SILCO-MIX H200 has been specifically developed to handle twocomponent liquid silicones during the LIM (Liquid Injection Moulding) processwith a fixed mixing ratio of 100:100.The components are fed\ metered and mixed directly from original 200 litre sizedrums and are then delivered directly to the injection moulding machine. The two components are fed directly from their original containers by hydraulically driven metering piston pumpsthat guarantee a constant mixing ratio.This concept ensures absolute synchrony of the meteringpumps. The two components are kept separate until theyenter the static mixer\ where they are homogeneously mixed.
