Case 9 - Single Component Dispensing and Metering Applications

Application:

Apply caulking in small bead form down the length of a sheet metal panel cut to length and formed in the field on a mobile sheet metal unit.  Helps create a watertight interlocking panel system.  Materials, which in this case, are over 100,000 cps are dispensed with the machine mounted valve and have been integrated with a dispense signal coming from a PLC control package
