Case 28 - Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturer

Application:

To assemble kitchen cabinet doors with PUR hot melt, typically packaged in 5-gallon pails.  The PUR is used to bond the corners of the doorframe.  Some manufacturers use PUR for most of the cabinet assembly.

Polyurethane Reactive (PUR) hot melt from companies such as National Starch, Swift, Jowat, H.B. Fuller, Franklin and others

Equipment/Solution:

TOF Mini-5 with heated fluid hose and manual hot melt gun
Two hoses and guns can be used with the Mini-5, with the addition of a 2-zone temperature controller
