Application:

Sealant is applied around the frame and glass of a window unit to waterproof and insulate

Material Used:

This is a 1K acrylic sealant (material is 500,000 cps)

Equipment/Solution:

This equipment will vary based on the material dispensed.  In this fairly common application, the Graco equipment solution is basically as follows:

55:1 stainless steel pump, double post Ram
15’ hose going to a manifold header
2 manual feed guns with extrusion tips
Z swivel, other fittings and dispense hoses
