Application:

Dispense tubes for seam and rivet sealing on various aircraft parts.

Fuel tanks
Wing seams
Rivet seals

Material Used:

Two component polysulfide, 10:1 (ratio varies, material dependant)

Viscosity will sometimes vary; critical element in this type of application is not to crush the micro spheres in the material. 

Materials dispense in recommended ratios A to B and injected into small caulking gun, type tubes to be used later on the application areas mentioned above.
