Laminated panels, counters and door manufacturer

Application:

Apply a thin layer of 2K urethane onto various substrates including wood, sheet metal, stainless, fiberboard and other materials and laminate urethane coated substrates by putting them into a heated press for bonding.

Material Used:

2K quick-setting liquid urethane, 1:1 ratio

Equipment/Solution:

As always, equipment may vary based on material properties.  In this instance, the urethane is 70 cps when mixed.  Equipment being used:

Eldo Mix / GP101
Two 5-gallon pressure pots
Fixed ratio 1:1 Metering Pumps
Manual 2 component spray gun
