Robotic swirl application to apply structural adhesive to acoustical large panels to be bonded together

Equipment/Solution:
The equipment used is a Graco 55-gal drum un-loader with heated hoses and heated regulator and swirl gun.
The robotic swirl pattern dispenses at a pattern of 4-6 inches. It must be very consistent and repeatable with minimum plugging.
