Sales and Marketing Coordinator: POST DATE: 8/20/2008
Sales and Marketing Coordinator will provide support to President and Vice President of Sales.
In organizing, tracking, follow-up of ongoing sales and marketing programs.
Principal Activities / Duties:
· General Correspondence
· Preliminary customer contact
· Quotation preparation
· Maintain Excel / Access database for quotations.
· Quotation follow-up / tracking
· Monitor industry sales trends and communicate to management.
· Among other duties.
Essential Qualifications:
· Associate’s degree and two – four year sales or marketing experience.
· Previous-marketing experience with technical industrial products is highly desirable.
· Effective written, oral and presentation communication skills.
· Ability to work successfully without supervision.
· Ability to work effectively with others
· Limited travel to customer facilities, national sales meeting and industry trade shows.
· Valid driver’s license.
Skills:
Computer literacy in Excel, Word, Power Point and Access database entry and exchange, as well as additional skills required for creative writing, contact management, and promotional products.
